ORIGIN: Collio Goriziano, the most acclaimed region of Friuli with hilly terrain and perfectly drained soils; the Rotaliano plain, a remarkable cool and airy region of Trentino, with soils formed from limestone and granite deposits carried down from the Dolomites by the Noce River.
Our Veneto estate is located in the village of Pastrengo on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda.
WINEMAKING: Harvested in late summer and immediately delivered to the cellar to ensure quality, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented at a carefully controlled temperature. The wine matured in steel and chilled on fine lees until its spring bottling.
DESCRIPTION: Elegantly balanced with fresh green apple, bright citrus and clean mineral flavors leading to a crisp, satisfying finish.
